Who is EANI ?

​

The Education Authority is responsible for delivering education services across Northern Ireland. Through their Education Information Solutions (EdIS) Programme they have partnered with NAACE to promote school improvement using digital technology.

​

EdIS provides a dynamic educational environment, delivering digital services designed to facilitate unparalleled learning experiences and outcomes, to reduce inequalities for all children and young people and to strengthen the partnerships between pupils, parents, teachers, governors, education agencies and the wider education community, leading to continuous improvement. ​

In partnership with the National Association for Education Technology (NAACE), all schools in Northern Ireland now have the opportunity to avail of the NAACE EdTech Review Framework (ERF) tool. Funded by the EdIS Programme and available at no cost at all to schools in Northern Ireland, the ERF supports schools to embed digital skills and provides them the tools to assist with their digital transformation.
